I can genuinely say I love coming in; I realised how much when I completed PT on Monday night and looked wistfully at the class that was already underway and wished I didn’t have somewhere I needed to be. I’m training 6 days a week and have moved past my many mid-workout moments of “what were you thinking when you took this on” and I can see the difference in my body and feel the difference in my strength and my training mindset. Love this gym! It’s got everything you need—weights, cardio machines, and even a space for group classes. The atmosphere’s chill, and you’re not crowded, which is a bonus. No complaints so far!
